We understand that the smoked flavour should not overpower the delicious cheese.

So we lightly cold smoke with apple wood to give it a delicate and subtle smoked flavour

Once smoked we let it rest for 4 weeks for the flavour to develop in the cheese

This cheese is amazing on its own or on a cheese board

Bring an extra dimension to a cheese sandwich or even better, a toasted cheese

Use on a Mac n Cheese or even in a Taco with a hint of chilli, so many options
